Being a photographer who likes the capture things as natural as possible I also embrace the formal part of the day e.g. your posed portraits. I've had many couples that love these types of shots and others don't, its entirely up to you. Coming from a more documentary style background candid photos of you and your wedding guests enjoying the day form a big part of your final wedding gallery.
